L'Olivaer Apart Hotel si trova in una tranquilla strada del famoso Kurfurstendamn, nel centro ovest di Berlino.
Le 73 camere sono arredate in stile contemporaneo, giocando sul contrasto tra i muri e le lenzuola bianche ed i mobili scuri.
